LIQUITECH 2932 LIQUITECH 2932 is a premium semi-synthetic metalworking fluid designed to provide exceptional performance on difficult to machine alloys, such as stainless steels, without the use of traditional chlorinated and/or sulfurized EP additives. This product provides excellent corrosion protection for both ferrous and non-ferrous metals, making it a perfect choice for typical job shop environments. LIQUITECH 2932 is low foaming in soft water while exhibiting excellent stability in higher hardness conditions. This product runs extremely clean and prevents carry-off, reducing product usage. LIQUITECH 2932 delivers outstanding resistance to both bacteria and fungus, prolonging sump life and reducing the need for frequent dumping and recharging.
LIQUITECH 2940 LIQUITECH 2940 is a premium semi-synthetic metalworking fluid designed for environments that machine comparable amounts of both steel and aluminum. This product provides excellent corrosion protection for both ferrous and non-ferrous metals, making it an ideal choice when one product is desired to machine both metallurgies. LIQUITECH 2940 is low foaming in soft water while exhibiting excellent stability in higher hardness conditions. This product runs extremely clean and prevents carry-off, reducing product usage.
LIQUITECH 2950 LIQUITECH 2950 is a premium semi-synthetic metalworking fluid designed to deliver exceptional machining performance on aluminum while also being highly effective on difficult to machine steels including some stainless steels. Economical Semi-Synthetic

LIQUITECH 2410 LIQUITECH 2410 is a low oil containing semi-synthetic coolant. Designed for machine shop type applications. LIQUITECH 2410 outperforms traditional low-cost coolants with the capability of machining a wide range and variety of alloys. This product is designed for moderate duty applications and does not contain chlorine, or sulfur.
LIQUITECH 2430 LIQUITECH 2430 is a moderate duty semi-synthetic fluid designed to deliver reliable machining performance at an economical price. This product is designed for steel alloys and most grades of aluminum, as it provides excellent corrosion protection for both ferrous and non-ferrous metals. LIQUITECH 2430 is low foaming in softer water while possessing good hard water stability. This product provides very good microbial control when used at the recommended concentrations, minimizing down-time due to frequent dumps. LIQUITECH 2430 also runs clean and minimizes carry-out, reducing usage.
LIQUITECH 2435 LIQUITECH 2435 is a moderate duty semi-synthetic fluid designed to deliver reliable machining performance at an economical price. This product is designed for steel alloys as well as stainless steels and most grades of aluminum. LIQUITECH 2435 provides excellent corrosion protection for both ferrous and non-ferrous metals, is low foaming in softer water and possesses good hard water stability. LIQUITECH 2855 LIQUITECH 2855 is a moderate to high performance semi-synthetic fluid designed to deliver excellent machining performance at an economical price. LIQUITECH 2855 does contain chlorine for those applications where additional extreme pressure is required. This product is designed for steel and most aluminums but can also be used on some grades of stainless steel as well as copper and copper alloys. LIQUITECH 2855 provides excellent corrosion protection for both ferrous and non-ferrous metals and is low foaming in softer water while possessing excellent hard water stability.

 

Synthetic

Product Information
LIQUITECH 3891 LIQUITECH 3891 is a medium duty, synthetic grinding coolant designed for most ferrous alloys. It offers excellent corrosion protection on ferrous materials as well as machine surfaces. LIQUITECH 3891 is oil rejecting and low foaming in all types of water. This product runs clean and minimizes carry-out, reducing usage. LIQUITECH 3891 offers excellent protection against fouling by bacteria and fungus.
LIQUITECH 3996 LIQUITECH 3996 is a high lubricity synthetic designed for aluminum and difficult to machine steels. LIQUITECH 3996 is oil rejecting and low foaming in all types of water. At the proper concentration, this product can also be used on some stainless and titanium. This product is exceptionally clean running and washes off of parts easily. This product is priced very competitively against Blaser Synergy 735 and has proven to be the product of choice by those customers that have tested LIQUITECH 3996.

 LIQUITECH 4663 is a synthetic emulsion metalworking fluid designed to provide exceptional performance on difficult to machine alloys, such as stainless steels, titanium, and Inconel without the use of traditional chlorinated and/or sulfurized EP additives.  LIQUITECH 4663 is formulated with a truly novel blend of lubricity and EP additives which give it unique versatility. This product provides excellent corrosion protection for both ferrous and non-ferrous metals, allowing it to be used for machining most aluminum and yellow metal alloys.  LIQUITECH 4663 is low foaming in soft water while exhibiting excellent stability in higher hardness conditions.  This product runs extremely clean and prevents carry-off, reducing product usage.

Rust Preventive

RP-10 Water displacing in process rust preventive.  Light to imperceptible film; designed to compete with products such as WD-40.  RP-10 can be dipped, sprayed or wiped.
